3. As a result of submitting your telephone number, you may receive a telephone call from a VA approved lender, even if you are on the Do Not Call List. The lender that contacts you will most likely be Mortgage Research Center (MRC). If MRC is unable to contact you, a different VA approved lender will be given your information.

• Sharing information with our participating lenders and real estate professionals. After participating lenders and/or real estate professionals receive your information, they may contact you directly via phone or email. All of our lenders and real estate agents operate under federal and/or state laws and regulations. Our lenders and real estate professionals may keep and use your information whether or not you qualify for a transaction with them.

4. We do not share information with outside parties who may wish to market their non-mortgage products to you.

5. The type of information we collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Mortgage Research Center website. On some pages, you can fill out a form in order to get advice, contact a loan specialist, or even begin the loan process. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:
